The exterior of the house focuses on minimalism with black EIFS Acrylic stucco, wood grained random plank siding, intentional placement of privacy screens and large expanses of glass to embrace the landscape. The clean lines and simple rectangular shape of the home lends to the sleek design.  The front entry welcomes guests with a massive 44” door with a backlit recessed door pull.  The wood grained soffit leads you from the exterior of the house, through the foyer and out to the rear of the house.  The floor to ceiling windows offer views from every room in the house.  Two large 13’  sliding doors offer unrestricted access from the kitchen to the outdoor living space and offer indoor outdoor living at its best.

The main floor open concept design features 9’ ceilings with floor to ceiling windows.  This sustainable design includes triple pane thermal aluminum windows, insulated structural panels, spray foam under slab and ceiling, and sloped EPS roof package topped with a seamless waterproof membrane that is fully protected from the elements, all for maximum efficiency and comfort. The main heating source in this house is supplied through in slab heat.  All the interior doors are 8’ tall with a finished header to provide the illusion of a 9’ door.  The interior of the house has a simple color palette with white walls, black doors and cream finished polished concrete floors and is complemented with linear stacked brick surrounding both of the fireplaces and slatted oak walls .   Custom natural white oak cabinets and polished porcelain countertops are installed throughout the home, while the floor plan is designed into three main spaces, the master wing, the entertainment area and the guest wing.
